Service Policies
The following policies are in place to ensure clear communication and smooth service for all customers.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled in service windows rather than exact arrival times. Customers will be notified of any delays or changes.
Pricing & Estimates
Labor rates are priced at $100 per hour.
Estimates are provided prior to service. Any additional work will be approved before proceeding.
Estimate book hours based on standard book time per job.
Parts
Parts are billed at actual cost with no markup.
OEM and aftermarket options are available.
Customer-supplied parts are accepted but are not covered by warranty.
Incorrect or defective parts may result in additional labor charges.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and electronic payment options.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
Mobile Service Requirements
Customers must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and adequate working space. Service may be declined if conditions are unsafe.
Warranty
Labor is covered for workmanship-related issues.
Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
Fluid Disposal
Services involving the removal or replacement of automotive fluids (such as oil, coolant, or other vehicle fluids) will include a $10 environmental disposal fee. This fee covers proper handling and disposal in accordance with local regulations.
